TERMS & CONDITIONS

We are delighted to have you visit our website and explore the products/services we offer. Before you proceed, we kindly request you to take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both you as a customer and us as the service provider.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise you not to use or to buy our products/services.

Payment Terms

Urgent Order: We encourage 100% Full Payment to ensure your order is process and prioritise to your delivery or self collect date (due date). Additional RM1 for each unit as an urgent order fees

Normal Order: We also allow 60% Deposit Payment from total and 40% Balance Payment made 7 days prior to your delivery or self collect date (due date)

​

Refund: All payments made to Acuteable Crafty are not refundable meaning no cancellation are allowed, unless stated otherwise.

​

Payment Delay: Delay payment may affect delivery and self collect date. 

Order Type

Normal Order: Order is expected to be ready for delivery/pick up after more than 2 months from the confirmed order date.

​

Urgent Order: Order is expected to be ready for delivery/pick up in less than 2 months from the confirmed order date.

 

Prepartion Time: Only start after booking is made with payment.

  • Minimum 5 working days (Basic)

  • Minimum 7 working days (Premium)

Does not include slot date availability and courier time.

Same Day Delivery: Only available for Kota Kinabalu area with different price rate. Order need to be confirmed with payment before 11 AM to ensure the same day delivery can be done. Confirmed with payment after 11 AM will be deliver on the next day instead.

Important

All doorgifts are finished end product. Which means, the doorgift comes folded, glued and no further process required. Any additional request by customers will be borne by customers.

All order will be processed accordingly to the invoice.

​

Acuteable Crafty reserves the right to use any photographs taken, end product or publish any design artworks online without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

​

We do not allow any last minute changes. Please consult with our customer sales and support representative regarding any changes on the product type, additional quantity, design changes.

​

Acuteable Crafty hold the rights to reject any changes.

​

Ready date, delivery date, self collect date and delivery method will be provided in the invoice upon booking confirmation. 

​

Person in charge at Acuteable Crafty will be in contact with the customer prior to the date.

​

Any changes of the date and delivery method or recipient address must be informed minimum 7 working days from the provided date on the invoice. 

Delay

We only store any order for up to 14 working days from delivery or self collect date. Any delay will result to extra charges incur to customer. 

Warranty

Only covers manufacture defects, effective upon receiving of the order. For courier shipping we will refer the status of the tracking number.

All order delivered consider as 'received in good conditions' if no issues reported within 2 days.
