Coverage for Damaged Items:

As stated in our policy, Acuteable Crafty is committed to covering the cost of damaged item(s) that occurred during shipment. The refund will be provided in Ringgit Malaysia, equivalent to the original purchase price of the damaged item(s).

Exclusions:

Please note that our shipping policy does not cover damages that occur due to mishandling by the customer after the delivery has been accepted. Additionally, this policy does not apply to damages caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters or other extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
